Jayne Perrin

Jayne A. Perrin, 87, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on October 11, 2012 in Pensacola, FL. She formerly lived in Fort Walton Beach, FL and Rutledge, TN. Jayne, born on January 25, 1925 in Fork Ridge, KY to Milton and Maggie Ausmus, was the youngest of 4 children. She met Martin Perrin at the Tennessee Coach Co. and they were married on November 3, 1946 and shared and enjoyed life together until his death in May 2008. They raised three children, Janene P. Dyster and twin sons, Thomas Milton Perrin and Mitchell Patton Perrin, of whom they were most proud. Jayne worked as a bookkeeper while raising her children and serving her Lord faithfully at First Baptist Church of Fort Walton Beach and Killingsworth Pest Control. After retirement, Martin and Jayne moved to Rutledge, TN to enjoy the mountains and their church family at Rutledge. Jayne moved to Pensacola in 2008 to be closer to her daughter, Janene. She easily made friends in her new home at University Pines. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings and her husband, Martin. Jayne is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janene and David Dyster of Pensacola, FL; her son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell Patton (Pat) and Jill Perrin of Reynoldsburg, OH and her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Diana Perrin of Huntsville, AL. She was ‘Memaw’ to her 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, who all adored her sweet and generous spirit. A memorial service will be held at University Pines, University Parkway, Pensacola on Monday, October 15 at 4:00 p.m. The celebration of life and committal service will be held on Saturday, October 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Smith Funeral Home in Rutledge, TN, with the family receiving family and friends one hour prior to the funeral service.
