Cheryl (JoJo) Lynn Robins

Cheryl Lynn Robins (JoJo), 61, of Pensacola Florida, passed peacefully on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023. "JoJo" was born February 7th, 1962 in Hartford Connecticut to her parents Nancy Clark and Earl Bunnell Jr. "JoJo" graduated from Commerce Highschool in Springfield, Massachusetts. She joined the United States Navy in 1985 and served eight years as a boatswains mate "JoJo" was honorably discharged from the Navy 1993. Cheryl enjoyed life to the fullest and her hobbies included; cooking, dancing, singing, crafting, and being the life of the party. Cheryl worked at Containers Gulf Coast as an office manager. "JoJo" completed some college in Jacksonville Florida. Cheryl was a breast cancer survivor and lived every day as if it were last. "JoJo" was an active member of the American Legion Post 240. Cheryl was a loving mother, spouse, grandmother, sister and friend. Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents, Nancy Clark and Earl Bunnell Jr., her husband Jerry Lee Robins, and her grandsons Johnny Lee Byrd and Bryson Rapp. "JoJo" is survived by; her son Jerry Mac Robins II, her daughters Janine Lee Robins and Stephanie May Minton, her brothers William Bunnell, George Bunnell, Earl Bunnell, Danny Bunnell and Robert Bunnell, her sisters Colleen Bunnell, Kimberly Allen, Shawn Higgins, and Marilyn Elam, her granddaughters Feyona, Nevaeh, Riley and Jane, her grandson Skylar, her best friend Pat Rathbone, and many other family and close friends. Funeral arrangements are scheduled for Wednesday February 15th, with visitation from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and service from 12:30 p.m to 1:30 p.m. at Faith Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory, and Graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Barrancas National Cemetery where Cheryl (JoJo) will be laid to rest. Pallbearers include Dennis Brown, Jim (Knifer), John Warrick, Billy Bunnell, Josh Willis, and Stephen Travis. Honorary Bearers will be Tim Parker, Howard Smith and James Murphy. A celebration of life for this incredibly loving woman will be directly following the burial service at the American Legion on Gulf Beach Highway in Pensacola Florida.
