Raymond David Kuhlman

Ray Kuhlman passed away Saturday, July 28. He was 91. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Clarence and Martha Kuhlman. He married the love of his life, Georgia Lee Blankenship on August 11, 1945. In 1954, he moved his family to Pensacola. He was hired as a Machinist at NAS Pensacola. Several years later, he went on to be a Supervisor. He also taught future Machinists at the Adult High and later PJC. After retiring, he and his wife traveled the United States in their motor home. His hobbies were tinkering with cars, spending time on the water, and the computer, and doing whatever his wife wanted. This resulted in annual trips to Las Vegas and monthly trips to Biloxi. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Georgia, after 56 years of marriage. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon (David) Howard; his son, Kenneth (Pat) Kuhlman; his brother, Robert Kuhlman; sister-in-law, Margret Wells and granddaughter, Marisa Howard. His family wishes to extend their appreciation to the nurses and caregivers of Homestead Village, buildings J and K. They also wish to thank Covenant Hospice for the care they gave him in his final days It was his desire to be cremated with no service. FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
