Jimmie Lee Lindt

Jim Lindt, 88, of Lillian, Alabama, passed away on December 24, 2021 at his home surrounded by his wife and family. Jim was a dedicated family man, wonderful husband, father, step-father, grandfather, great grandfather, a friend to many, and dedicated Mason and Shriner. Jim was part of the Hadji Shrine Temple, Pensacola Scottish Rite, Myrtle Grove Masonic Lodge #352, and the Wesco Senior Center. Jim was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Belle; father, Jacob L. Lindt; sister, Mary June Bertrand; son, Thomas Lindt; and step-son, Lewis Ward. Jim is survived by his wife, Lois A. Lindt; daughter, Linda June Middleton; son, Ted Lindt; daughter, Shelly (Rochelle) Duke; step-son, Walter Goff; step-daughter, Kimberly Parker; 10 grandchildren; 23 great grand children; and 1 great, great grandchild. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 28, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South,. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 8:30 AM. Pastor Nick Dewhurst will be officiating. Interment will be at Barrancas National Cemetery. Faith Chapel Funeral Home South, 100 Beverly Parkway, Pensacola, is entrusted with arrangements.
