We honor and celebrate our beloved Estrellita Victoriano Ramos, a faithful Christian, loving mother, devoted grandmother, treasured great-grand mother, loyal friend, and relentless business associate and partner. On Monday, January 4, 2022, she went home to be with the Lord. Estrellita was eldest of 5 children born to Moises Ramos and Teresita Victoriano in Olongapo, Philippines on January 22, 1952. Her family moved from the Philippines to the United States in 1960. As a military dependent, she lived at NAS Alameda and NAS Lemoore, CA then Pensacola, FL where her father later retired. She relocated to Kissimmee, FL in 1987. Finally, Estrellita returned home to Pensacola, FL to be with her mother and family in 2015. While she attended college, she met Danilo A Santiago. After graduating they were married in 1973. After marrying, she lived at NAS Kaneohe Bay, HI and NAS Subic Bay Cubi Point, Philippines. In 1977, her family settled in West Pensacola, FL where they were blessed with two children, Angelina R Santiago, and Rodrigo R Santiago. Estrellita, better known as “Lita,” graduated from Escambia High School in 1970. She earned an Associate of Science degree in Business and Home Economics from Pensacola Junior College in 1973. Her computer training consisted of 20 years of multiple educational workshops, Certifications in Health and Wellness, Real Estate, Publications, Organizational Management, Systems Development, Crowdfunding, Internet, and Food Service, etc. Lita was employed by Federal Civil Service at the Supply Department at NAS Pensacola. She started her own business, DEARS Unlimited, which provided services of Desktop Publishing, Administrative & Printing Services, Medical Dissertations, etc. Lita repositioned herself to Kissimmee, Fl to put her career in motion, she held positions in the Hotel industry: Front Desk, Sales Personnel, Management and Marketing. Restaurant Industry: Manager, Concessions and Personnel, Manager for Natural Products, Café', Vitamin Shop and Personnel. She held over 20 years in administrative positions in various Corporate Corporations and Staffing Companies, and a Consulting Professional for Crowdfunding Programs for Non-Profit Organizations. Lita became an entrepreneur of companies including Revive Our World, Fabulous 50s Plus, Quantum Supremacy Life, Fabulous Physique, Seacrest Direct, Equity Specialist Group and Ramos Worldwide Marketing that provided fundraising, products, sales, multi-level marketing, networking, and diverse services. Her most recent opportunity was helping others through Advance Destination Association by crowdfunding for charitable organizations. Lita served as Director and Fundraiser with the Bataan Corregidor Memorial Foundation, Inc. She assisted the founders in promotions and marketing to raise $150,ooo for BCMF Monument located at the Memorial Park in the City of Kissimmee, FL. Lita was immensely proud of her Filipino American heritage and their communities. She was extensively involved with the Filipino American Association of Pensacola. She served many years as their Secretary, MC, Program Coordinator, Publications, Fundraising, Event Coordinator, Vice President, and became their President 2017-2018. Estrellita became a Christian while visiting Marcus Pointe Baptist Church where she was also baptized. Her love and dedication of God grew stronger as she got older. Her humble, servant's heart was favored by all and her kind-hearted and high-spirited outlook on life brought many lifelong friendships along the way. She had a kind and giving soul. She was committed and relentless in all her endeavors. She always put her family first in life. The absolute best version of ourselves through our beliefs and our knowledge became her life’s passion that she shared with her family and friends. Her lifelong goal was to, “Let us partner together and leave a legacy our children can be proud to pass on to future generations.” Lita was predeceased by her father, Moises R Ramos, her ex-husband, Danilo A Santiago, and her brother-in-law, Monte K Meriwether. Lita is survived by her mother, Teresita V Ramos, her brother Rudolfo V Ramos, her sister, Rosalinda R Trajano, her brother-in-law, Elmer S Trajano, her sister, Elizabeth R Meriwether, her brother, Edwardo V Ramos and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family. Her devoted daughter, Angelina R Santiago and fiancé, Charles Walker, her treasured grandchild, Alexcya Santiago-Stroyick and her boyfriend Tyler Gartin. Her adored great-grandchild, Oliver S Gartin. Her treasured grandchild, Andrya S Jorolan and her husband, Justin Jorolan. Her adored great-grandchild, Remany L Jorolan. And her loving son, Rodrigo R Santiago and her daughter-in-law, Jaycelyn T Santiago, her adored grandchildren, Kalina T Santiago, Jadelyn T Santiago, and Angellina T Santiago. Faith Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory, Pensacola, FL is entrusted with handling Estrellita’s cremation. Once a Celebration of Life service is determined, there will be announcement to follow.
