Edward "Eddie Ray" Raymond Scull

Edward “Eddie Ray” Raymond Scull, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022 at the age of 68. Eddie was born on November 5, 1953 in Pensacola, Florida and resided in Barrineau Park Florida for the past 47 years. He graduated from Woodham High School in 1971. He worked in the construction industry for many years and later became a Correctional Officer with the Escambia County Jail, retiring in 2012. He was a long-time member of Scenic Hills Church of Christ. He loved to catch and fry fish, both fresh and saltwater, and loved nothing more than to fry fish for a big crowd. Eddie is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Ann Thompson, step-father, James Donald Thompson and father, Edward Lee Scull, brother, Jimmy Thompson and sister, Sharon Johnson and his faithful 4-legged companion Sallie. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Trisha Scull, daughter, Amanda Anderson, Molino, Florida; son, Ray (Jessica) Scull, Pensacola, grandchildren, Madison Smith, Gabe DeLouiz, Miley Norris (Amanda); Ethan Scull (Ray) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Scenic Hills Church of Christ, 1295 E Nine Mile Rd., Pensacola, FL 32514. The family will receive visitors at 10:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. Faith Chapel Funeral Home North, 1000 South Highway 29, Cantonment, is entrusted with arrangements.
