Donald Spencer Bennett

October 12, 1940 - October 29, 2021

Donald S. "Don" Bennett was born on October 12, 1940 in Greensboro, N.C. The US Navy transferred Don and his family to Pensacola in 1977 where he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer after a distinguished career in the Navy. Donald was a 32nd degree Mason and belonged to the Shriners. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, fishing, and all things involving his family and friends. He especially enjoyed his hotdogs and pinto beans. He met his Lord on October 29, 2021. Don is survived by his loving wife of nearly 62 years, Brenda, his 3 Children Tony, Tim and Marcey, his sister Pat and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends that loved him dearly. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Barrancas National Cemetery. Funeral Procession will depart from Faith Chapel South 100 Beverly Parkway Pensacola, FL 32505 at 1:00 PM. Faith Chapel South has been entrusted with the arrangements.
