Aline 'Granny' Killam

Aline “Granny” Killam went home with Jesus Thursday, November 17, 2011. She was known in her community as the boot sales lady at Circle K Western Wear. Her husband and best friend, James, recently celebrated 63 years of marriage with her. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Arvin Nall (wife, Beulah), Horace Nall (wife, Polly), and Thurmond Nall (wife, Lou). She is survived by four children, Sandra Coker (husband, Tony and their children, Anissa and Jameson), Jeaneen Hill, Brady Killam (wife, Connie and their children, Jessica, Ashley and Justin), and Jamie Renfroe (husband, Philip and their children, Alysia and Chandler). Her first great grandson, Matthew James Stewart, is expected in January. Mrs. Killam leaves her only sister, Doris Jones of Decatur, AL and her family. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2011 at FAITH CHAPEL NORTH FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Hwy 29, Cantonment with family friend, Rev. David Rogers officiating. She will rest in peace at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Justin Killam and Jameson Coker joined by Matthew Stewart, Brandon Wiggins, Angus Brewton and Jason Fillingim. The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel North from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20.
