Wallace Paul Daniel

Wallace Paul Daniel, age 81, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at his daughter’s residence in Crawford, Tennessee. Mr. Daniel was born April 19, 1932, in Pensacola, Florida, to the late Marion Bruce And Eva Belle Stanford Daniel. Mr. Daniel was an expert woodworker, a craftsman, and a master carpenter. He worked for Martin and Johnson in Florida before owning D & H Woodworking in Pensacola, Florida. He enjoyed fishing gardening, and camping in the Great Smoky Mountains. He was extremely humorous, loved to laugh, and had a wacky sense of humor. He was a real character. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Erica Fricke Daniel of Pensacola, FL; four daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa Paulette aad Dan Wise of Crawford, TN, Kathy Lynn and Donnie Touchstone of Pensacola, FL, Suzanne and Mike Barnes of Pensacola, Jayme Carol and Robb Echols of Pensacola, FL; six grandchildren, April Michelle Harrison, Chenoa Ann Barnes, Jessica Nicole Ray, Kati Elea Touchstone, Krista Noel Touchstone, and Dylan Chase Echols; six great-grandchildren, Kaelyn Harrison, Cheyenne Paul, Malachi, Giovanna, Josiah, and Isiah; twin brother, Willis Daniel of Molino, FL; half Sister, Mary Davis of Pensacola, FL; nephews, Bruce, Tim, Dennis, John, and Mark Daniel; niece, Liz Fillingim; lifelong friends and neighbors, Edgar and Bonnie Kleinschmedt; and mountain friends, George and Ruth Stuart; his pet, PeeWee the cat. A Special Thank You to Cheryl, Nurse In Pensacola; Novi Tolley, Nurse and good friend; and to Amanda, Teresa, and all the Hospice Staff who have helped. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his birth mother, Rose Williams; half brothers, James Leonard Ledford and Wesley Arnold; half sister, Ethel Willford; nephew, Terrell Daniel; and favorite dog, Tyler the dog. Mr. Daniel’s wishes of cremation have been followed.
