Wife – Rita Faye Baker Mother – Mary Jane Neumans Baker Father – Joseph Benjamin Baker, Sr. Brother – Zachery Scott Baker Sisters – Jo Prontotonios, Nelda Baker, Mary Ann Scarborough, Wilma Gail Baker Children – Barry Peacock, Dinah Kaye Peacock, Jaylyn Genella Peacock, Heather Tyler, Matthew Benjamin William Baker (Leigh), and Layla Machak. Twelve Grandchildren and 34 Great Grandchildren Special Niece – Wonnie Clements Many Nephews and Nieces Joe Baker had been a faithful servant of God all of his life. He was a gospel singer/minister till the end of his life. Ministering to whomever would hear. He served as music and worship leader at Warrington Worship Center 20 years. He served as Worship Leader at Warrington Assembly of God for several years also. He and wife, Rita, ministered in song at nursing homes, homeless facilities and senior get togethers. He liked to tell a joke now and then. He liked the shock factor. He worked at Big Ten Tires 10 years and Vannoy Tires for many years. He had a maintenance and cleaning business. He did work in security for years and was proud of his gun license. He graduated UWF with honors. Later, went back to school and became a Medical Assistant and worked at the Navy Hospital for a few years. But most of all, he loved his family with all of his heart. He loved the babies. He was the best father, grandfather and great grandfather ever! He proved his love for his wife everyday. He will truly be missed. We all love him so much. He would pray that you stay safe from Covid-19. Please do the right thing. And a special “I Love You to Riley”. Part of me will be with you always, XOXO Granddaddy Visitation will be Friday, January 8, 2021, from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with the Funeral Service following at 12:00 PM. Pastor Eddie Fowler, Pastor Avon Fowler, Pastor Larry McKeon, and Brother Don Parker will be officiating. Interment will be at Pensacola Memorial Gardens. Dinner after the service at Warrington Assembly of God, Gulf Beach Highway. Pallbearers will be Joey Baker, Jason Baker, Matt Baker, Jonathan Seaton, Josh Seaton and Blake Volmer.
