Carolyn Bush

Carolyn Hall Bush left her earthly body on November 26, 2023 at 79 years old. She was born into the loving arms of Dewey and Dovie Hall on July 31, 1944 in Pensacola, Fl. Carolyn unlike her late husband Johnnie was not simple; she was often described as a firecracker! But much like a firecracker she was BEAUTIFUL. She had as much wisdom in raising kids as she did in whit (and trust me that was a lot!) To know her was to love her; she carried the Light of The Lord like no one had seen! Even though she was a pistol ball no one ever thought to mess with her daughter or grand babies. She loved with a force to need not be reckoned with, and the more she pestered you the more she meant she loved you! Her prayers and faith in God were unstoppable! That along with her daughters patience and diligence is what got her through life and she’d swear by it! She could sing her heart out and everyone loved to hear it! She was nothing less than a God sent Angel for the time He allowed us with her! She was a member of Pine Forest Pentecostal Church and loved her time there. She was preceded in death by her parents Dewey and Dovie Hall; sisters Annie Ruth Williams and Betty Jean Surabian, and her loving husband of 29 years Johnnie Bush She is survived by her daughter; Kathey James (Kenneth) Granddaughter; Kara James Williams (Heath) GreatGrands; Madison, Lexi, Scarlett, and Levi. Grandson; Kyle James (Tabbi) GreatGrand, Memphis Lee; Siblings; Joyce Canfield (Chuck), Helen Hardin, Ronald Hall, Dewayne Hall (Candy) Larry Hall (Jessica), nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews (which she loved so dearly) And a special thanks to the LOVING staff at Lifecare in Pensacola, Fl. Visitation will be 12:30pm for family and 1:00pm to 2:00pm for friends at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South in the West Room. A committal service to follow at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel Wednesday, November 29, 2023. Sister Hazel Godwin will be officiating. Graveside service at 2:30pm at Bayview Memorial Park in Pensacola Florida. Faith Chapel Funeral Home South, 100 Beverly Parkway, Pensacola, Florida is entrusted with arrangements.
